With years of experience, he's seen it all and done it all when it comes to carpets, hardwood, and tile. From providing flooring for large commercial projects to creating design plans, Ben is a master of his trade. His passion for flooring and his commitment to excellence has earned him a reputation as a trusted and reliable business owner. Say hello to Bill, the commercial project manager who's as elusive as a ghost! He's always out in the field, managing our largest and most complex projects, and is rarely seen in the office. But when he is in the office, he's always got a new story to tell about his latest project.

A master of organization and attention to detail, he's got a system for everything, and he always knows where everything is and what needs to be done. He's the one who makes sure that our crews of commercial installers are on schedule and always working to the highest standards.

Bill is the ultimate field manager, always on the go, and always on the lookout for new projects to tackle. He's a master of multitasking, juggling multiple projects at once, and always delivering results. He's also known for his ability to navigate through any obstacles that come his way, and always finds a way to make it work.

Brian Strock

Heyyy Brian! This man can do it all. As the manager of the Dixon warehouse, he's the one who keeps things running smoothly.

Yet, he's not just a warehouse manager... he's also a master of commercial sales and a jack of all trades who can be found doing carpentry work around the office. Whether he's fixing a broken tool or building a new desk, he's always happy to lend a hand.

What really sets Brian apart is his sense of humor. No matter how busy he is, he always has a good one-liner ready to go. Even on the toughest days, he can make the staff laugh and lift their spirits.

Brian is also known for having made the office his second home. He's always around the office, though you might have a hard time finding him since he bounces around so much.

Michelle Gahan

Meet Michelle, the woman who can make numbers dance and paperwork sing! With over 30 years of experience in construction-related businesses, she's the ultimate combination of brains and organization.

As an accountant and office manager, Michelle is the glue that holds our business together... just ask our retail sales staff and commercial flooring department! Her organizational skills are second to none and she's always one step ahead, making sure everything runs smoothly. But, don't let her love for order fool you, she's also a master of multitasking and can handle any challenge thrown her way.

When it comes to dependability, Michelle is the poster child. You can always count on her to show up, get the job done, and done well. Her work ethic is legendary and her attention to detail is razor-sharp. With her on the team, you can rest easy knowing that everything is in good hands.

But don't let all this talk of numbers and paperwork fool you, Michelle has a sense of humor too. She's always cracking jokes and keeping the office in a good mood. And when it comes to office pranks, she's a master. She's the whole package!

Sunny Kiran

Meet Sunny, our construction whiz and all-around go-getter! With a Master’s in Construction Management from California State University (2016), Sunny honed his skills working with general contractors up and down the East Coast before joining our team. Now, he’s bringing his expertise, precision, and passion for building to every project he touches.

But there’s more to Sunny than blueprints and hard hats. He’s a self-proclaimed foodie who’s always on the hunt for the next great bite. When he’s not planning his next meal, you’ll find him on the cricket pitch, showing off his skills and maybe even teaching a few colleagues how it’s done. And if that’s not enough, Sunny’s newfound love for horticulture is blooming—quite literally—as he dives into the world of plants and gardening.

Sunny’s blend of professional know-how and zest for life makes him an incredible asset to our team. Whether he’s strategizing on-site or swapping cricket stories, Sunny’s energy and enthusiasm are contagious.
